I just want to take this opportunity and appreciate Jane Baiyu, the Founder and CEO of Amara Realty Company Limited for her lifetime commitment and dedication in offering Land acquisition transparency and a seamless process from payment to titling. Together with a group of my girlfriends, we have piled over 40 plots with her from the Kamuyu area, Naivasha, and now Nanyuki. I have been able to accumulate 8 plots from her, and have received all my titles within the specified time agreed on. As a matter of fact, if I ever develop an interest in a certain area or location, I usually ask Jane to review, and if suitable and feasible, have her buy land from that area and then acquire it from her after. This saves me a lot of time and an assurance that my money is invested in the right place, with the right person. I plan to walk and grow with Amara Realty and capitalize on their upcoming projects that draw me. I commend her greatly for allowing God to use her in addressing Kenya’s missing national ingredient- honesty in Land purchase process.
