On the eve of launching Phase Two of The Oint Country Homes in Thika, we had the humbling honor of reaching out to over 100 elderly citizens, donating parcels of land to help restore stability, independence, and dignity to their lives.

The handover, attended by our CEO Jane Baiyu alongside community partners, was a reminder that real estate isn’t just about homes—it’s about hope. One of the beneficiaries from Laikipia said it best: “We never thought we’d own anything again. This is a miracle.”
This land donation follows our long-standing commitment to community development and youth empowerment. For over four years, Amara Realty has actively supported underprivileged students with school fees and resources, helping young people rewrite their future through education.
