This amount covers all transfer costs and title fees. Alternatively, we offer a flexible payment plan option at KES 1.9 million, with a cash deposit of KES 500,000 and the balance payable within 3 months.

Can I have a site visit?

We understand that you are currently not in Kenya, and therefore, you have the option of sending a friend or relative to visit the site before making your selection. We organize bi-monthly site visits for the Nanyuki region, in which they can actively participate. In the meantime, we encourage you to take a virtual tour of the property through our video footage, which will provide you with a comprehensive view of the magnificent location.

What are the next steps?

To proceed further, once you have confirmed your interest and selected the preferred plot number, you will be required to make the deposit to our Kenyan shilling (KES) or United States dollar (USD) account. Following that, we will provide you with a sale agreement for signing.

1. You can confirm the plot size you may be interested in Nanyuki i.e. 1 acre, 1/2 acre or 1/4 acre
2. Review this plot map and select the plot number
3. Provide us with a copy of your ID, PIN Certificate and address to prepare the sale agreement.
