You must ensure that your promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and data privacy. c. You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
- Commission and Payment: a. The commission structure will be agreed upon between the affiliate and our company before joining the program. b. Commissions will be paid for qualified referrals that result in a successful land sale and after the completion of all payment obligations by the referred customer. c. Payments will be made on a predetermined schedule, typically monthly, through the agreed-upon payment method.
- Compliance and Conduct: a. As an affiliate, you represent our company in a professional and ethical manner. You shall not engage in any conduct that could damage our reputation. b. You shall not make any false or misleading statements about our company, land listings, or services. c. You shall not engage in any activities that may harm our website, brand, or business, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or unauthorized modification of our content.
- Modification and Termination: a. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, without prior notice. b. We may terminate your participation in the program if you violate any of the terms and conditions stated herein or engage in any activities that may harm our company or brand. c. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid based on the terms agreed upon.
- Limitation of Liability: a. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. b. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of the land listings, and we shall not be held responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between referred customers and our company.
- Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is located.
